Terms of Service
By using the Million Dollar Tower Defense website and/or its services, you are agreeing to the following conditions:
  • Minimum order size is 1 sprite (which has 100 pixels). Maximum order size is 40 sprites per order, subject to remaining inventory. To buy more than 40 sprites, please submit separate orders.

  • When you "buy" a sprite, you will be granted the right to submit an image, text description (max 255 chars), and a link to a website (must start with http:// and max 255 chars) once, to be published on the Game and this Website in the space you have paid for. You will not "own" any part of this Website or Game.

  • Once your image, description, and/or link have been published, they cannot be changed. Spend a little time and think about it before uploading. If you have an extenuating circumstance, this restriction may be waived on a case by case basis.

  • All payments must be fully received and cleared before submitted information will be published.

  • Images, descriptions, and links that are deemed offensive, obscene, or adult by the operator(s) of this site will not be allowed. All submissions will be reviewed for appropriateness before being accepted for publishing. If a submission is not accepted, you will be given the opportunity to submit alternative images, descriptions, and/or links. Alternatively, a refund can be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Once your image, description and/or link is accepted and published, you cannot get a refund.

  • Image must be of reasonable size and be uploaded in PNG, JPEG, or GIF format. No animated GIFs allowed. If transparency is desired, use PNG.

  • Images must be the size of the space purchased. For example, if you bought 1 sprite, then the image must be 10x10 pixels. If you purchase a group of 4 sprites to form a 20x20 pixel area, then the image must be 20x20 pixels.

  • You must have the authority to provide any image, description, and website link that you submit.

  • I will try to keep the website up as much as possible but there may be downtimes due to maintenance or other issues. Please be patient if downtime occurs.

  • Different versions of the Game distributed on the internet may exist depending on that site's connectivity to updating mechanism. While most instances of the Game should be up to date, only the version on this site can be guaranteed to be the most up to date.

  • I am not responsible for any damages you may incur which may arise from any images, descriptions, and/or links that you submit to this service.

  • I will try to get submitted images, descriptions, and links up within 48 hours of submission. However, depending on the volume, this may varying a bit. I appreciate your patience.

  • If your link is accepted and the content of the linked site is changed at a later date to contain inappropriate material, then your link may be removed until you supply a new one which is appropriate. No refunds will be given for any removed links or associated downtime.

  • You may request to have your image, description, and/or link removed at any time but no refund will be given and the sprite space will be made available to the public again.
